One of many projects we have completed, this 2 car garage, breezeway with 1/2 bath and finished rooms above.
The existing garage was converted into a large
family room with a slider to a spacious new deck.

Excavating

We used this size machine
because the ground in the area is known to be full of ledge

Foundation

Next they are filled with concrete.

the garage was framed stepped back and connected to the existing garage, that we turned into a large family
